The meats from a freshly cooked lobster are handpicked and arranged in the natural shell for an easy eating experience.

Unadulterated so that the delicate flavours and textures can be fully experienced, whilst giving the customer full choice of complementary sauces or dressings, our Norfolk lobster is an ideal healthy meal, being high in protein, Omega 3 and a good source of nutrients such as selenium, vitamin B12 and vitamin E.

Whole cooked Norfolk Lobster

Natural and preservative free, our Cromer lobster is a great healthy meal, being high in protein, Omega 3 and a good source of nutrients such as selenium, vitamin B12 and vitamin E.

Lobsters can be supplied with a P+6 day fresh shelf life and/or a 6 month Frozen life.

Dressed Cromer crab in natural shell - Medium 95g and Large 130g

dressed crabSucculent and sweet handpicked Cromer Crab meat is hand filled to natural proportions. Suitable as a starter or main course our dressed Cromer crab is presented in its natural shell. Cromer crabs are traditionally pot caught and purchased from local fishermen. Natural and preservative free, our Cromer crab is excellent as part of a healthy diet, being high in protein, Omega 3 and a good source of nutrients such as zinc, selenium and vitamin B2.

We believe our crab is second to none in UK and comes with the quality and provenance you would expect from a Cromer crab.

Crab meats presented in a scallop shell - Small 113g and Large 200g

Handpicked Cromer Crab meat is carefully layered into clean and natural Scallop shells.

The small scallop shell is ideal as a starter whilst the large version makes a great main meal.

Whole cooked Cromer Crab 400g/600g

Great for shellfish lovers who like to dive in and dress their own crab. Our whole Cromer crab is presented washed, graded and either prepared (stomach sac and gills removed) or unprepared depending on customer preference. Cromer crabs are locally sourced and traditionally pot caught. Natural and preservative free, the Cromer crab is a healthy choice being high in protein, Omega 3 and a good source of nutrients such as zinc, selenium and vitamin B2.

Bagged Crab meats up to 2kg

White and brown handpicked Cromer Crab meat is packed into vacuum pouches. Perfect for chefs to create a wide variety of hot or cold dishes with just the meat they want to use. The meats are carefully prepared from the same locally sourced and traditionally caught Cromer crabs.
